The machine
Begin with a reliable manual double-head duplicator for edge-cut keys. Add an automatic or dimple/sidewinder machine only when your key mix needs it.
Consumables
Keep spare cutters (carbide if you cut daily), de-burring brushes, and a range of the most common blanks — KW1, SC1, WR5, Y1, M1.
Tools
A good vise/jaw set, calipers for reading cuts, and a key gauge round out the bench. We supply the full tools & accessories line.
